A police helicopter pictured over Kinnoull Hill in Perth today joining a manhunt for prisoner Lee Cyrus who has absconded from North Sea Camp, Boston, Lincs..Police decended on the area around Kinnoull Hill sealing it off after a possible sighting of Lee Cyrus was reported, using a rmed police and dogs to search the wooded Perthshire beauty spot.
