Two Oyster Catcher chicks which hatched on the night of May 17th the day St Johnstone beat Dundee United to win the William Hill Scottish Cup Final have been named Macca and Ando after the two goalscorers Steven MacLean and Steven Anderson by Head Grounsman Chris Smith. The parents had been nesting on the trackside in the preceeding weeks including the home game against Celtic. The chicks are now starting to make their own way around McDiarmid Park feeding with their parents on the re-seeded McDiarmid Park pitch.<br />
